Returns & Exchange Policy
There may be times when you will need to return an item(s) purchased from us. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return. If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased, you can return the item(s) via courier to our Boutique: No. 139 Stephen Dlamini Road, Musgrave, 4001. Att: BekoX
(ALL COURIER COSTS ARE COVERED BY CUSTOMER)
For your convenience, item(s) purchased online may be exchanged at our Boutique. Once item(s) have been delivered please notify us within 48hrs. We will arrange for you to come in and we can assess the product(s). Please note we cannot issue and cash refunds if 48hrs transpired after purchase/ delivery and courier charges cannot be refunded. Once a return is received by us, we will assess the product and provide an exchange or return as required.
RETURNS POLICY CONDITIONS
• You return the item(s) within 48hrs from the date of purchase/delivery.
• You produce your original BekoX invoice (receipt) when you return the item
• The item is in original saleable condition
• With all original tags and any sewn labels still attached
• In an unworn, unopened and unused state
• In original packaging
If you are not able to comply with these requirements, BekoX reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund. BekoX will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase. We regret that we are unable to accept the exchange or return of the following items for change of mind for hygiene reasons:
• Tights
• Earrings
• Bodysuits
• Swimming Costumes
• Undergarments and related Sale Items
Unfortunately items purchased on Sale cannot be refunded/exchanged
