We have a 3-5 working day lead time on all orders.

SHIPPING PROCEDURE

Enjoy FREE shipping when you spend R3000 and more.
We ship nationally at a flat rate of R150. Our products are shipped from our boutique in Durban and delivery times may vary depending on location.
You will receive an email (if you have selected this option) as soon as your order has been shipped. The email will include a tracking number and link to where you can track your order.
Delivery lead time is one-three working days, with the exception of outlaying areas which may go up to five working days.
During sale periods and pandemics, dispatch times may increase and shipping transit may take up to four working days.
Once your package has been handed over to our courier company and checked into their facility it is out of our control and they will be responsible for the delivery to you. BekoX is not responsible if your order has not been delivered by the estimated delivery date once we have handed your parcel over to our courier service. If there is a delay in the delivery (due to strikes etc.) there will not be refunds, nor is Bekox responsible for any theft, lost or damaged parcels. We, unfortunately have no control over a parcel that is with a 3rd party (courier).

COLLECTION

You are able to collect your order at our Boutique in Durban.
After you have placed your order online, you will receive confirmation of your order. The usual time frames for your order will apply excluding shipping. Once your order is ready for collection, you will be contacted to arrange collection by appointment in advance based on your availability.
Our collection is purely by appointment and our tradition hours 09:00-18:00 Monday – Friday and 09:00-14:00 Saturday
We are CLOSED on Monday, Sunday and Public holidays.
